CPM S35VN is a powder-metallurgical stainless steel. It was developed as an evolution of CPMS30V, which was itself specially designed as a knife steel. Knives made from CPM S35VN steel are characterised by a hard, chip-resistant cutting edge. They are easy to sharpen and retain their sharpness for a long time.
