The pivot that connects the blade to the handle is a ball bearing structure that ensures that the blade can be deployed safely, quickly and smoothly.

Sandvik 14C28N stainless steel is a martensitic chromium steel with a chemical composition optimised for high-quality professional knives. For this knife, the 14C28N steel is treated by quenching and cryogenic treatment, giving it an ideal hardness of 58~60 HRC.
